Restaurant partner terms

1.About these terms

These terms govern a restaurant's participation in MunchTab as a supplier of eligible pickup meals.

2.Supply model

When you accept an order, a wholesale purchase order is created between your restaurant and MunchTab. Handover to the customer confirms the supplier payable.

You publish a dedicated MunchTab menu and set your own prices and daily capacity. You choose which orders to accept.

3.Weekly settlement

MunchTab settles all fulfilled orders in a single weekly payment on Wednesday, with a line-by-line statement.

Settlement reflects orders you fulfilled or that were contractually chargeable. It is earned revenue, not a withdrawable balance held on your behalf.

4.Food safety and allergens

• You are responsible for accurate allergen and ingredient information on every dish you publish.
• You must comply with all applicable food hygiene and labelling laws.
• You must prepare meals to the standard and timing indicated to the customer.

5.Brand and content

You grant MunchTab a licence to display your restaurant name, menu and images for the purpose of operating the service.

6.Term and termination

Either party may end the partnership with reasonable notice. Fulfilled orders remain payable through the next settlement.
